Gregor Wosik's art form resembles a bit more closely to Julian Beever than Kurt Wenner or Edgar Mueller. Kurt Wenner tends toward symbolism with a religious touch while Edgar Mueller is more inclined towards large scale landscape project with his successful "The Streetpainters" company. Gregor Wosik and Julian Beever both have styles that attracts attention through radical conceptions or powerful emphasis on a single element.
For example, the single eye catching point of the gate piece is the curious dog poking his head out from behind the gate. A very fascinating artistic use of emphasis.
Each of the street artist has a disposition towards a certain style. Gregor Wosik and Julian Beever's styles are just one of the many styles but this style is very visually enticing and fun. Involving spectators into the artistic production is an excellent way to humanize and add a bit of realism to the work. Interacting with spectators also works wonders to emphasize a scale effect.
Note that some of these compositions were joint productions with other artist such as Edgar Mueller, Marion Ruthardt, and Manfred Stader.

pretty awesome, it's not exactly art you could buy though... which might make it more awesome
I realized what this all reminds me of now: When the Coyote would paint a runnel on the rock to try and catch the RoadRunner.
I would totally smash in to that gate in the first picture, and probably get vertigo in most of the others.
wow. holy crap. that is so amazing!!!
I cant even imagine how much skill and planning would go into something like that to make it look so realistic from a certain perspective. I hope one day i can see it in RL :D

that last escalator one was the best for me
Those really are some amazing pictures. I can't imagine the amount of time someone spent on that.
These always amaze me. I still haven't come across one in real life though.
The escalator one is especially well done. Though the ones done on tiles are nice, the tiles ruin the effect a bit.
