Street Art (Edgar Mueller Part 1)

Edgar Mueller was born in Mülheim, Germany and developed a fascination with painting at an early age. He won his first street painting competition at age 19 and eventually earned the title of Master Street Painter.

The street painting seen below was around 280 m² which is Edgar Mueller's largest project. The painting was done for Prairie Art Festival in Moose Jaw, Canada. The street actually had the name of "River Street".

Shown below is Edgar Mueller's Crevasse project. This was done in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland for the Festival of World Culture. The size of the project was about 250m² and it took about 5 days to complete.

5 Differences!

Click [here] for the full page version. I'v always enjoyed spot the difference games/pictures. This one also include a bit of surrealistic art especially on the levels farther in. This type of game can be incredibly challenging though by involving slight changes in a massively complex picture.

Street Art (Kurt Wenner Part 6)

Kurt Wenner generally produces masterpieces that tends toward religious or mythical icons. His quality work involves much precise calculations and proves he is a true master artist as seen below.

Mr. Wenner's ability to incorporate both the floors and walls puts him ahead of other street artist who can only create their work on a single plane. His work comes to life on any surface.

Architecture Proposals (Ansan City, South Korea)

This eye catching architectural project was put together by four accomplished firms: INABA, BIG, Mass Studies and MAD. All these structures display such radical designs that Ansan City looks similar to some sort of fantasy land.

Beautiful Minds by MAD (War of the Worlds was the first thing that came to mind)

Urban Porosity by BIG

Mutated Slabs and Robotic Towers by Mass Studies

Walk this Way by INABA

Subnormality Comics

Subnormality comics consist of humorous pokes at reality and human behavior. Some of the skits won't make much sense as they take a radical angle in portraying certain people or places. I have got to say, the one about employment cannot be more true.

Street Art (Julian Beever Part 3)

The work of Julian Beever is truly a sight to see. I can understand why some of the other artist considers Mr. Beever as the father of street art. He has gained wide spread recognition for street art through his talented art work, the way he targets his artwork, and how he frequently involves bystanders in his masterpieces.
